02 / Technology
Everything a larger operator gets. Nothing a larger operator takes.
Six tools that build on each other, one login, and a real person on our team who runs them with you.

Shop owners who stayed independent and got stronger.
"We were getting 38% off list on parts. Now it's 45%, and the rebates post every month. That alone is a tech's salary every year."

"The benchmark report showed me my tire conversion was 19%. Six months with a coach and it's 31%. I never would have seen that on my own."
No. We negotiate on the NAPA, WorldPac, AutoZone, O'Reilly and Tire Rack accounts you already have. Your counter, your delivery runs and your rep all stay the same. You give the rep one Collective code.
How does the Collective make money?
Two ways: $200 a month in dues after your free months, and a share of the vendor rebates and program fees we negotiate. Every statement shows the gross rebate, the Collective's share and what you keep, vendor by vendor, so there are no surprises.
Will other shops see my numbers?
No. Benchmarks are anonymized and grouped by shop size before anyone sees them. Shops near you never see your name next to a number.
Do I have to put your name on my sign?
No. Your shop keeps its name and its customers. Collective Certified is a badge you can show on your door and website if you want to.
How long does it take to get set up?
About ten minutes to join. A member of our team calls within one business day and moves your vendor accounts over within a week. Most shops see savings on their next parts statement.
What if it doesn't pay off?
There is no volume commitment, and rebates you have already earned are paid out. Your first 6 months are free, so you will know before you pay anything.
Do you speak for shops on legislation?
Yes. The Collective represents independent shops on Right to Repair, access to OEM repair and telematics data, and parts availability, at the state and federal level. Members can add their shop's name to each campaign from the portal.
Do you have a referral or affiliate program?
Yes. Members earn $500 in credit for every shop that joins. Vendors, consultants and industry partners can join the affiliate program and earn $500 per shop that stays at least 3 months, tracked for 90 days from the first click.
